Oyster season has started! From today, we have oysters on offer every day, both in the shop and at the fish bar. The oyster season usually runs from mid-September to April. By the way, did you know that the word ‘Huîtres’ (oyster in French) comes from the number of months that make up the season? ‘Huit’ (eight in French) and the ‘r’ that appears in each month of the season (septembeR, octobeR… januaRy… maRch, apRil…). We offer a range of Gillardeau, Tia Maraa and Fine de Claire d’Oleron.
