Whoever says Mer du Nord – Noordzee, says our delicious fish soup. Just about everyone of our customers and visitors has already tasted it! And yet every year, our fish soup becomes even more popular. Fortunately, Silvia, who has been with us for decades (!), has become a super expert when it comes to fish soup.

However… The original recipe was invented by the mother familias: Veronique! Some 30 years ago, the first foundations for our fish bar were laid, with a delicious bowl of fish soup. Prepared and served by Veronique.

What exactly is in the fish soup, we can’t tell you… Otherwise, who else would descend specially to our fish bar or fish shop for it!?
